This is 23M.

23M was founded 10 years ago by two brothers from Münster. We offer professional hosting solutions to business customers. In doing so, we have grown steadily since our foundation and are still planning a lot for the future.

Our data center is located in Frankfurt am Main; the administration in Münster.

With us, you don't sell sand in the desert, but bring enterprise customers exactly what moves their infrastructure forward! You already have some work experience or even a relevant degree and ideally have IT skills? Then we are looking for exactly you to complete our team in Münster or Frankfurt.

Most important to us are an organized and independent way of working and a strong empathy for the needs of (future) customers. We attach great importance to the free development of our employees and would like you to display a correspondingly creative way of thinking so that we can grow together. Especially when communicating with customers, you should have no problem keeping track of several requests. Fluent German and business fluent English are essential.

Ideally, you feel comfortable in these areas:

  • Communicating with and maintaining existing and new customers.
  • Preparing quotations with regard to our product portfolio.
  • Creating and maintaining price lists and new products.
  • Active communication with customers regarding orders or adjustments.
  • Inventorying and reordering server hardware in consultation with the technical team.

We offer you a careful training by the colleagues in the sales department and also a briefing on our products, so that you know exactly what you are offering to customers. By the way, we work without cold calls or other lead collection. You only work with customers who are interested in us and our products.
