23M was founded 10 years ago by two brothers from Münster. We offer professional hosting solutions to business customers. In doing so, we have grown steadily since our foundation and are still planning a lot for the future.

Our data center is located in Frankfurt am Main; the administration in Münster.

This is you.

Marketing and social media are your passion: You have a degree or training in marketing or communications. If applicable, you also have a comparable qualification. Career changers with a convincing track record are also very interesting to us! It would be great if you have several years of professional experience.

You have good skills in managing social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. Equally important is your willingness to independently design and implement paid media campaigns with a focus on social media, as well as independently plan innovative campaign concepts. Furthermore, you will support us in the further development of our homepage, blogs and other online content. In short: creating content is fun for you and you convince with communication and organizational skills.

Ideally, you can do something with all these topics:

  • Evaluation and optimization of current marketing campaigns, for example with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Keyword and findability optimizations in the SEO and SEA area
  • Creation and monitoring of A/B tests

In addition to this broad spectrum, you can also bring your own ideas. Maybe there are strategies that will help us move forward that we haven't even thought of yet. That's why we want you to contribute to the success of our company with your creative input, rather than simply completing tasks.
