This is 23M.

23M was founded 15 years ago by two brothers from Münster. We offer professional hosting solutions to business customers. In doing so, we have grown steadily since our foundation and are still planning a lot for the future.

Our data center is located in Frankfurt am Main; the administration in Münster.

This is you.

Do you want to make a real difference in a lively corporate culture? You have a degree or training in human resources management, business psychology or a comparable field. Alternatively, you have acquired sound knowledge through relevant professional experience, which you have been able to apply successfully in practice. We also welcome career changers with an impressive CV! Ideally, you should already have several years of experience in HR.

You have extensive knowledge of recruitment, employee development and personnel administration. Equally important is your talent in dealing with people and your ability to create a trusting working environment. You accompany our managers through the entire recruiting process and actively contribute to the design and optimization of HR processes. Personnel development and employee satisfaction are important to you, and you ensure that we promote and retain our employees in the long term.

Ideally, you already have experience in these areas:

  • Development and implementation of recruiting strategies, including active sourcing
  • Design and implementation of onboarding programs
  • Planning and organizing training measures and employee development
  • Implementation and optimization of HR software solutions
  • Advising and supporting managers on all HR-related topics
